After rolling out Android 15 update for Nothing Phone 2A last month, Nothing has seeding Android 15 stable update with Nothing OS 3.0 for it’s devices. At the moment, the update is heading towards Nothing Phone 2A Plus. While other devices including Phone 1 and CMF 1 will get the update in the next few coming days.
The British company is pretty firm in providing regular updates, since the start of their beta program the company rolled out multiple beta updates but this time they are done with testing and finally pushed the stable Android 15 NOS 3.0 build for it’s devices. The update carries software version V3.0-241226-1537.
The update weighs in around 1.9GB in size and will take some time to reach users all across the globe. If you were previously testing their beta updates you won’t find much difference in the present stable update and last beta update instead a few improvements including, improved quick Settings, enhanced Pop-up view, visual and performance enhancements, updated typography.
But on the other end users on NOS 2.6 and Android 14 are going to see massive changes in the overall system including shared widgets, lock screen, smart drawer, features embedded with AI and more. Since the update is available for all, regardless of the beta program so if you own a Nothing Phone 2A Plus it’s the time to get your smartphones updated.
